Terms and Conditions for Registered Users

All restrictions and conditions set forth here for registered users (hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions") apply to all activities of you as a user on the website and applications. Any application (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is operated by PRASPECT TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

The company only provides services to residents of the Kingdom of Thailand who are over 21 years old and have full civil litigation capacity through the platform.

The user guarantees to keep the username and password used to access this service confidential and not to disclose or allow anyone else to know and/or use this service. The user agrees to be bound by any such behavior. The situation that occurs when using his or her username and password is as if he or she has completed all these operations on his or her own.

The user guarantees the information provided during the registration process. This includes but is not limited to genuine, accurate, and up-to-date emails, phone numbers, addresses, etc. If there are any changes related to the provided information, the user is obligated to notify the company of such changes and update the relevant information in a timely manner.

Ensure the accuracy and performance of any third-party links, products, or services. Any content or links related to third-party websites, products, and services on the platform do not constitute recognition, offer, or recommendation by the company or platform. Accessing advertising products and/or other services from third-party websites is at the user's discretion and risk. The situation that occurs here will be borne by the user themselves. No need to connect to the company or platform

If any part of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full force and effect.
